A lawyer and a school teacher were in the Caribbean fishing.
The lawyer turns to the school teacher and says, "I'm here because my house and everything in it got lost and a fire and the insurance company paid for everything."
The school teachers says, "Hey, that's a coincidence, because my house and everything in it got lost in a flood and the insurance company paid for everything."
The lawyer looks confused and says to the school teacher, "How do you start a flood?"
