There wouldnt have been an IRA had the english just left the irish alone. HBO did a real good show on the whole beginnings of the IRA, really good stuff. Fucking sad, but something that all the blacks should have to watch before they start bitching about 400 years of oppresion. I need some reperations from the english. Yea thats the ticket.
I heard the check was in the mail, my grandma swam in some games in frankfurt when she was young, got an award and a certificate autographed by hitler. LOL. I think she was about 10 or so. It was a swimming competition.
Yeah, not really proud of that particular period of history, though my family was already in the States by World War I. Funny thing is I'm half German and 1/4 English, the rest is various chunks of western Europe. My last name is Calvert, my family goes all the way back to founding the colony of Maryland, Lord Calvert of Baltimore and all that. At one point my family had their own state, now I live in a trailer in Orange County. So much for lineage.
Thats fucked up. LOL. Great grandad came over on the boat, grampa met grandma during wwII. Moms family came over in the 1700s. Settled in VA and KY. Not sure why. The good part is I get settled in GA and not too bad here. would be nice if there was more here, however Im cool with the low COL, here.
Yeah, there are tradeoffs to living anywhere. Orange county is a very expensive place to live, but on the other hand it's one of the best places in the country if you're looking to make money.
I think the Berlin/Frankfurt games were 1934, which would have made her 21 in 1945 when the war ended.
I thought Hitler was elected in 30, declared chancelor in 33, and blew up the Reichschtag in 34. I could be completely off though, it's been awhile since I've given a shit about the National Socialist Party.
Me personally, I am 1/4th german, 1/4th Irish, and 1/2 Native, Cherokee nation, Lumbee tribe, So Im a Kruat, mic, and prarrie Nigger
So what you're saying is that there are more Irish people on fugly than any other ethnic group. I don't know that that's a good thing.
