What about Paul Young, I was going to marry him when I was 14  BUT . . .we are not old !! Howard Jones, Duran Duran, Culture Club, Haircut 100, Eurythmics, Bannaramma, Prince , BON JOVIE (ws)?? etc etc We all know that it happened 20 years ago, but how quickly has that gone by? Since then we have all been into Acid, Rave, whatever, but it is always the music of our teens that makes us sentimental isnt it? Stop being mean to me or I will kick you in the winky with my winkle pickers
OOPS! I Forgot! OK, ROB ...MAN...you're a rugged individualist who's brave enough to...um.......................................................................... I don't wanna play anymore. *backs out of thread*
Go play with your kids, they might want some attention from you as you did point out how guilty you felt about the lack of time you spend with them or was you just trying to sound like a mother that cares? Or of course you could spend more time on me as you now like me so much.
My babies are in bed sweetie, so no point in wakening them, you should probably take some heed there ( not that I am saying that you are an alcoholic that wakes your kids from their slumber), as to establishing a routine. Your new addition is delightful, what have you called ,em, the wee thing??
Awww Mia you are really trying aren't you It brings a tear to my eye to think it's me who brought this out of you.Come here and let me snuggle you to my breast and maybe you can have a suckle.
I have counseled many folks like you, it is very normal to feel inadequate when in the throws of motherhood, especially when confronted with 'Super Mums' that manage to work, nurture and manage seemingly effortlessly. These mothers are not managing effortlessly but having to sacrifice everything for their family. Count yourself lucky UT that you have the luxury of Dr Phil and Oprah, and the superior feeling that although your kids are at school, and although it may only happen 2 or 3 times a year, if the school ever calls they will know exactly where to find you. Your boys will thank you one day, you are a fantastic mother. I wish I was able to stay at home in my jammies . Give me a call sweetie, Mia xxx
