1. You find a place to host a picture. 2. Upload the picure. 3. Right click the picture and select properties. 4. Copy the URL by highlighting it and either pushing control+C, or right clicking the highlighted text and select the word COPY 5. Come to Fugly, get a Post Box up and click the IMG button. 6. Paste the URL 7. Click the Img button again. 8. PREVIEW your image to make sure you did it right.
unless you're using firefox then you right click the pic and select 'copy image location' IN YOUR FACE IE!!
