I don't think the people spoke at all. Myself, the first I heard of it was 2 days ago. And really the only thing I heard was that McCain led a charge and had a cap put on the spending.
Ok I'm gonna to take out a loan at the bank for 50k you know pocket change right? About 50% of gross income. Mark that down as an expenditure and then initiate a cap on total yearly spending of the existing ceiling of 150k. Clearly 50 more than I actually make. Aren't I a hero?
