I did get bloody a few times, but just because we had to get to some pretty bad places where the systems were. Station 1 was where they had just got strung up, so they were pretty 'fresh'. At station 2 they were already split in half. At station 3 all the 'giblet' was cut off and they were weighed before entering the freezer. It was gross, and disgusting, but I still eat steak.
