I think in the states it might vary from state-to-state. I think they have to get a license for that state.

"While individual states contrast in regulations and requirements for acquiring an acupuncture license, about forty (40) states have established a set standard for training in acupuncture certification."

    Nauseous,

I can only speak from my personal experiences and my professional training, but this is well worth looking into before things keep getting worse for you.

Secondly I would reccomend cutting out all processed and fast food, drinking only natural juices and water, and getting 30 minutes a day of low intensity excecise, whole foods will deliver I believe, they do here in the UK and it is a great help to me in eating well.

Some of the studies I worked on during my neuro-pharmacology studies looked at processed and fast food and interactions with the CNS and Neuro responses. I am not trying to scare you but, alot of the reactions in the body and mind we very similar to low levels of stimulants and opiates, there were continued cravings similar to an introduced to a addictive substance.

If you want, keep a food journal for a week, don't make any dietary changes, include medication, e-mail the plan to me I will review it with a colleague of mine who has a Phd in nurtrition and get back to you with a plan to phase in changes overtime.

I wish you well, if there is anything I can help with, drop me a line.

    Cheers!

    Checkers!

That is very nice of you.

I already know that you will tell me that I eat too many carbs. I'm a vegetarian that hates vegetables.
