I'm sure the leather restraints have been looted by now. But there are plenty of broken syringes and shrapnel lying around along with prosthetic limbs and such. The place used to have bloody scapels, but looters got all that stuff. Now all you can really get your hands on that might be worth anything are some old magazines from 1976. But we'll see.
