Not biased, just from what I see most parents let their boys off with being lazy in the domestic sense and let their girls off with being lazy in the academic sense. unfortunately, as shown by Rwanda and now Darfur, if the children (or the people, period) are brown, they don't seem to matter that much, it's true..
