That sucks. That's probably why it was so cheap. I was bored one day and went to relator.com and typed in zipcodes that just came to me and looked at houses. I typed in Youngstown Ohio and found all kinds of houses super cheap and they looked like decent houses. Then I looked up the crime rate in Youngstown and it was bad, so I figured all of the nice looking houses were in the ghetto. We have that here. All of the really nice old homes are located next to some run down old homes, or a street or so away and it hurts them. I used to rent a house on a nice street but one street away was the ghetto. You go to watchdog.com and type in my old address and all you see are blips of child molesters one street away and down.
