Well I’m undecided if I want to call them terrorists but my sympathies definitely go to the Serbs on that one. We can debate about whose property Kosovo belonged to the point is you basically saw the perspective that a Serb I suspect would. True we had no real reason to be bombing and getting involved over there. At least much less of a reason than Iraq however the difference is simple there was a Dem president about to get shit canned and the media wanted to do whatever they could to assist him in his dilemma. By the way I've always been a skeptic for example just like that fraud professor Ward Churchill who claimed to be part Indian you can take a poll of Americans and you will see that for some weird reason (not that I have any problem with being part native American) probably 60% or better will claim to have some sort of Native American ancestry when the true number of people who have legitimate knowledge of native American ancestry. I figure in a forum such as this if someone for the sake of argument claims to be a Serb I would view this with equal skepticism.

Acrually I think your right about your asertion about people wanting to associate them self with some unique or different interesting group weather native American or other. But I would think it would be a natural instinctive thing that would be seen anywhere. Like a Brit compelled to say he has Irish ancestry to Rob Roy. Or is that Scottish?

You have to look at everything in moderation. The international law you refer to covers war with a uniformed organized military. Terrorists or for that matter spies are not covered. While isolated incidents will occur some at a higher level than others its like I said and I'm certain its true.
