That's all I ask.<HR></BLOCKQUOTE> i have to say that i was really surprised when you deleted my post about the car incident and although i had your ideology figured out, i couldnt figure out when the change in it had actually taken place because this forum has been full of negative, hateful, racist shit for as long as i've been a member. the gist of my post was that i felt like I had been violated, then named a racist after i got pissed about it. i could care less what color these people were. if they had gotten off of my car when they saw me about to open the door, it wouldnt have been as bad as when they didnt move an inch, then proceeded to call me a honky ass white bitch. if they were white like me i might have referred to them as ignorant, redneck, inbreeders or something else derogatory out of anger. okay, i am done defending that now. as far as moderating is concerned: i have no issue with it now that i know what you find inappropriate. why not clue us in instead of making us guess and threatening to release personal information eh? we can all play nice if we know the rules. Freespeech is open to all and anyone who wish to post their opinions and idea's, no matter how outlandish or idiotic. I always for one beleived that, i feel we as a body of writers and readers on this board we have the right to choose what we want to read and respond to without interference of censorship, hate and anger are valid emotions as any and while I may not agree with what he posted it should be my choice whether i respond or read the offending post, not have my decision made for me. As far as my past with nursey that is pretty much public record feel free to do with it what you must.

an ISP is a private business and as such can make whatever terms and conditions they feel like... and once you agree to them to use their service then you are held to them.. many ISP's have anti-hate speech conditions in amongst them... being a private company they are allowed to do that... a mall is a good analogy... if you were to wander into a mall and start verbally abusing the customers then security would throw you out.... "i'm exercising my right to free speech" you cry... well i'm sorry you're on their property and their rules apply... and you going round abusing their customers is bad for business... and profit rules
