This is the suggestion column, right?

Ok, this is not a suggestion. Just do it. You'll be glad you did.

    1. Go the market and buy a fresh, medium sized Zucchini.

    2. While you are there, buy a fresh yellow Squash as well.

    3. Bring them home, and cut them up into 1/2" think slices. (Not thin)

    4. Put them in a glass covered dish and microwave on high for 3 minutes. No more, no less.

    5. Melt 1 Tablespoon of butter over the hot vegetables and stir.

    6. Sprinkle LOTS of Cavenders Greek Seasoning

    7. Eat it all.

Less than 200 calories. So fine.

Teaspoon of butter would be better for you. And I'd probably steam them rather than microwave (remove while still firm).

    That said, sounds yum.

That goes without saying. As does the chocolate mudcake for dessert.

Nah. I think I'll go to the Outback Steak house and order their 20 oz Outback special sirloin cooked medium well with a ceasor's salad 2 extra bread loves stuck in the oven until warm and a baked potato. With lots of the extra butter and sour cream and then I will take a Zocor.

Microwave ? For shame ! . . Dunk the slices in olive oil , add fresh thyme, rosemary and a coupla cloves of garlic , marinate for a day and bake in a griddle-pan on full blast .. Just a few secs on each side . . . Healthier then butter and way better tasting then powdered spices . .

I suggest that you NOT slice the Zucchini before you eat it.

I don't like zucchini, no matter how much butter or special greek sauce you smother it in.

I could go for some grilled grouper though...

Okay, I bought this a while back, it says its for pork, but on the bottle it just says "Hot Korean Barbecue Sauce" the rest is in Korean Kanji : http://www.koamart.com/shop/32-2002...d_dressings-hot_spicy_pork_barbecue_sauce.asp

So I took one of my american Kobe ribeyes, in a ziplock bag, I pourd in a little sauce, then into the fridge. I put in a coup of yellow mahtma rice (indian) into the cooker, with 1/8th teaspoon of saffron (Grind it ifrst) and 1/8th teaspoon rosemary (ground up) wthen cover with chicken broth, turn on. It takes the cooker 30 minutes to cook, so about 45 minutes later, I turn on the gerorge forman grill. I like my beef rare, so I cook the steak for 3 minutes. I take a ramaiken and add half of the extra marinade into the cup, and thin it with filter sake (dipping sauce) then on a nice place, I put a good mound of Kim Chee, and top with the warm fluffy rice, I place the hot steak on top, then take the juice from the forman tra and spoon on top. I serve with my ramiken of homade sauce and boy, o boy is it heavenly!!!!!I put another steak in the bag, added a little more sauce and placed in the fridge for my next time! Oh and for accompanyment, I had a nice Merlot (Biltmore estates 2003)

So anyone want to come for dinner tommrow? So i make enough rice?

P.S. barry, this won't wreck your diet. a little high on the carbs with rice but it good whole grain carbs

I figured I'd throw that in since everyone is talking about health food. Deviate from the norm.

Tease. I really do want some grouper. No one around here sells fresh grouper. I'm pretty sure we've had this conversation before...
