My myspace got deleted last Thursday and I had at the time no idea why. I contacted them and got no response what so ever. I had recently revamped it for Forza 2 and was keeping my car designs there. So I thought that maybe my SS Charger was the reason for the ban. But the thing is I've had questionable pics on there before and I always got an email asking me to remove said pics. This time it was just completely deleted account the whole thing gone. Which is no big deal I only used it to talk too 2 people so I just made another one. Well I was here at work Tuesday watching the local news. They kept hyping a Myspace story about registered sex offenders on the site. Well they finally got to the story. It seems that Myspace was ordered to go thru and look for all the registered sex offenders that belong to the site and submit the lists to the states. At this point Arkansas still doesn't have there list. Anyway to the funny part. They then reported that Myspace deleted all the registered sex offenders sites late last week. Which would put my profile at the time of said deletion. Which just made me go OH SHIT! Because I'm not a registered sex offender. So I contacted them again and explained what happened and asked if they got me mixed up in this some how. of course I had not heard anything back til today. All I got was a email from there legal dept that they have no commit at this time. Not from support or anything else the Legal Dept. So they must have fucked up and I wonder if I'm not the only one that they got mixed up. I emailed a request for the list of sexual offenders Myspace sent to Arkansas if my name is on it. This shit is going to be on like Donkey Kong. I'm going to sue the living fuck out of them.

Rumor has it that Arkansa plans to register everyone that has NOT committed a sex crime. Seems the list is shorter.
Ha Barry at least it's against the law to marry your cousin here unlike a certain Texas and were you come from! I'm kind of confused cause our local station Fox 16 said that Arkansas wasn't apart of the request from myspace. Yet the other stations are reporting we are to receive a list any day. I think I will call The AG tomorrow and just ask about the list. This is really starting to bug me cause I would never rape anyone. Date Rape yes plain old rape no. Cause NO means YES and all men know this. Back to my regally drinking of OE.
I think it is a bit scary. I mean its good to catch sex offenders. Bad to think you could be put on a list when you are innocent. If that were the case that is. I wonder why they do not go harder against the web sites posting the stuff seems like that is the shorter of the lists.

I think the National sex offender registry, is a good idea, just implemented wrong. I used to manage a handful of porn stores. I had a friend who worked at a competing store, he was arrested, during election season, for "decimating Obcenity". What did he do you ask? He sold an undercover officer a video tape, f a woman, who was treated like a dog. She was stripped naked, had a flea collar put around her neck, forced to eat out of a dog dish, kept in a kennel, and wapped on the nose with a rolled up newspaper. No fucking, no pissing on, no shitting on, nothing. Well they deemed this was obscene, and the law states, if you sell someone something obscene, you are breaking the law. Now my friend is a registered sex offender. I seriously think, all sexual offenses should be reviewed, case by case, then sent to a grand jury, to see if they deem the Registered status. Two people caught fucking in a van, registered sexual offenders. Take a piss in public and someone sees your dick? registered sexual offender. Get caught holding hands with Barry and Joe? well, you're just gay
That sucks really does. The other thing that annoyed me was when i called the AG the girl I got giggled about it when I told her what was going on. I mean yes I find it mildly funny. But I don't expect a rep at the AG office to laugh at me.
