What Would OSHA Do?

 

Maybe we are being a little to hard on the guy I mean its pretty damn hard to get to a fuel tank and weld in thin guage metal like that. Besides I'm sure his plan was to tilt it up enough that the tank was not dripping while he welded.

 

Wait a minute! Is that welder properly grounded? We may have a violation.
