Me doing a cooking show on youtube? I love to cook always have and I watch a lot of food network. The thing that pisses me off about the cooking shows on Food Network is the cost of the shit they make. I mean who in their right mind will go find a mushroom that only grows once a year and is 65 dollars a pound. I was thinking of doing a youtube show that shows people have to make good food that can feed a family of 4 or 5 for 30 dollars or less. Think anyone would watch it?
Well I can do that too. I'm waiting on my tripod and after next week when I get my teeth cut out then I will cut the first show.
Now if I could find a real german waffle maker, not that crappy waffle maker with the big-a-ss squares. The one that makes the long rectangular waffles, the sections are like 2"x5" and the iron is about 2 feet long. That thing makes the best waffles......damn is it time to go home yet????
Sometimes, yeah. I threw my toaster oven away and need a new one. It could fuck up toast. Ever hear of the Magic Bullet? I thought it would be so great. Turned out it was a waste of 140 bucks. But I have two, so if one shits itself, I have another one to collect dust. http://www.buythebullet.com/ I mean, it does work, but I have a blender that will do the same shit. Everything sticks to it. Like trying to make avacado spread... it was a mess... eggsalad... it was a mess. Salsa... it was a frothy mess. Don't buy the bullet.
Yeah I'm more of Iron Skillet and broiler guy. My Dad buys all that shit like the MB. I just can tell they are a waste. I love toaster ovens thou. Anytime I order a pizza I let it sit til it gets cold then reheat the slices in the toaster oven it tastes 10 times better.
I always liked heating up preprepared frozen hash browns in mine and that Stouffer's frozen french bread pizza was awesome in one. I didn't own one until I was 26 years old and I was amazed with it at first.
I just bid on one of those. It is a GE model from the 60s, with the little squares, looks just like my gramma's I am going to cook waffles all the time, until the wires short and burn my house down....
What is it with people and waffles. My wife drives me bat shit with waffles every morning. I'm not a breakfast guy. I like eggs but only in a sandwich or on a steak. I would rather eat a hamburger in the morning.
We used to cook a whole mess of waffles in the morning, then in the afternoon for lunch you would just roll up some link sausage in a waffle and you had lunch. Tastes a lot better than dang roman meal bread!
Notice the smaller squares, you just have to fill each one of them mo-fos up with butter, mmmmmmmmm, and some sugar free syrup.... <Snicker>
Dude it’s already out there. That brunette chick from the North East. She makes dishes like Mac and Cheese casserole. Good stuff actually that is easy and cheap. She also does a show on how to eat on 40 bucks a day while traveling abroad. And goes to some areas where it is actually surprising you could eat that cheap.
