Wonder if part of the blame is because people realized Bush's Crawford ranch house is more energy-efficient with it's underground cisterns and geothermal heat pumps than Gore's estate? Maybe it was all of his airline travel around the world? Funny to think that an advocate of the threats of internal combustion engines and emissions leaves such an exponentially larger carbon footprint than the people he tries to get to 'go green.' Last I read about him he was in Sweden I believe and did a three hour lecture. The whole time he left his big ass limo idling so it would be comfortable when he got back in it. True story I can look it up if you like.
