Where did everybody go?

(employees of national semi-conductors i'm talking about you mainly...) and that would cause the chat to temporarily freeze up and boot everyone out... ok i suppose.... but not ok when it slows the whole fucking site down, sometimes fucking it up altogether....
that'd REALLY piss me off.... especially when i'd just composed a nice long post and couldn't post it... and then i'd have to wait 15-45 minutes for the site to calm itself down.....

the reason the chat pissed me off was after a lay-off from it i discovered alternate delights on the net...
fuglychat was the first time i'd actually bothered chatting on the net...
and chatting on the net outside of fuglychat is lame... at least with fugly i know that before long i could guarantee an intelligent conversation with other open and like-minded people.. the thing is... the forum is where i found a place to explore my darker side.. it is harder in a real-time chat... things are said and scrolled off the screen before you've had a chance to type out your relevant/witty/sardonic reply...
and writing the things i am now... being able to touch and explore your dark-side is advantageous...
i ain't dissin fugly chat... i'm just saying it isn't fugly's strength anymore... the forum is (alongside the victims!!).... fugly never used to come in his own chatroom... when i spoke to him on one of the rare times he did he expressed surprise at the direction the chats took.... passing around cold cyber beers and havin a down the pub atmosphere going... but as you can see... fugly and assorted staph often come in here to check out the users views on the site...

this may give you more of a clue who i was...

Yes to true but another thing that took away from the chat was the lack of respect by certain wanna be hackers...hence leading to the forum..I dont know why it took me as long as it did to come to the forum but Im glad I did...has anyone heard from that dodge®???

Ah ha, mitchy2k, i remember you, look i don't really want to argue with anyone i just enjoyed the chat because it releived my mundane day in work and gave me just a little ray of sunshine in my 9 to 5 world. I agree that forums are great and i have been reading them for ages before deciding to post something its just not very instant is it? But it does seem to eliminate the knobs that used to come to the chat just to write fuck or something equally intelligent. Anyway i hereby declare that i will give up my quest for the return of the chat and buy my own computer and go home and use it instead of being mister tightwad and using works.L8r
