Although, I did consider performing a frontal lobotomy on myself with a rusty ice pick - y'kno, just to relieve the anxiety.

milk that patch on a glass plate, let it dry, then scrape the film, you will have a NICE fat line of opiod. that will get you REALLY high

you want a SMALL knick on the edge, then squeeze it down, like you are milking a teat, and it will ooze out, the SLOWER you let it dry (evaporate) the more of a yeild you get
