Yeah Mars used to be a triving metropolis that is until global warming there from to much martian flatulence then civilization was wiped out. After that the atmosphere vanished. Virtually all scientists agree on this. The ones who do not are either getting fired or loosing any of the funding that they rely on so they do not count anyways.
EPIC RANT MODE Got a lunch hour to waste? Read my crazy rants about politics and the universe. WARNING - LONG POST (basically a hashing of posts I had on another forum) You all know global warming is a fraud, the sun is going nova and the whole solar system will subsequently heat up, not just Terra. Earth warming is currently 6%-10% man made the rest is solar activity and smaller factors. Well, my hypothesis is that any ice on Mars will melt and if things keep going the way they are with wars, the control systems and global climate, I beleive in mankind's future, there will be a mass exodus to Mars as long as it is habitable. Obviously, This will take many thousands of years probably more and thats hoping we're still alive by then. I believe in a hybrid of alien/self origin theories, its quite hard to debate what I consider 'the bigger picture' normally, without being labeled a nut job or people thinking I require aluminium foil helmets. I have a strong sci-fi leaning, akin to Clarke's 2001. Outside our measly, self destructive, material existence is a greater purpose. People always moan about the New World Order, and that it's coming, and will be terrible for us all. Sadly, its been here for a very long time already, and is only a matter of time before fully complete, the last pieces are being slotted in right now. These are the systems of control they use, note how many we have already, also how many are in preparation to be introduced, with or without public knowledge or consent. Gold, Oil & Land are the aspects that grant supreme control. 1. Consolidate and control the real wealth (as above). How? well, just go and take it of course, with force if necessary. 2. Create a system of bondage for all people, called money. The people will be slaves to it, they will not be able to live without it. The system is circular, reinforced by generating ways that people will want to part with their money as soon as it is obtained, "advertising", so that they will _never be rich_ and have a powerbase to be a threat, let people continuously attain to this virtual, non-existent 'valuable' McGuffin of sorts, while keeping the REAL Money from them. 3. Take Away the people's ability to do things freely, but do it in a subtle manner and allow it decades so that people wont notice, include in this the control of basic human needs, food, water, community. Stop hunting, pollute the water, etc, so that we HAVE TO PAY, for these basic things, that our ancients probably took for granted. They are selling water to us. They are selling food to us. We pay to talk to friends. (unless they live next door, but even then, there are some LAZY people that this system is exploiting ** I'll move onto that) We pay to travel. We pay for our satisfaction, enjoyment and entertainment. 4. Make the people lazy, fat, uninspired, stupid, brainwashed drones. Through television and gaming. 60-70mhz is the frequency that triggers a trance like state in the brain, its why people get 'glued' to the TV, or 'hooked' on a game This state is somewhere in the Deep Sleep area, and you will become hypnotised. Children become transfixed. While you are in a trance state, you are susceptable to brainwashing, and it happens, through advertising, subliminal messages and rapid imagary. (oh and its been proven that if you have children, and they watch lots of TV, but are always loud, rowdy, rude, spiteful, or aggressive, that keeping them away from TV will calm them down, allow them to be more creative, draw, play physical games and importantly be a good kid.) The last major point of section 4, is that while you are lazy zombie, you wont be in any sort of state to fight back. 5. Track, keep tabs, surveil, monitor, all the people, and their routines, habits. Why? Because TV doesnt. So that they can CONFIRM, that all of you are mindless zombies, nothing more than an empty shell, moving around on basic impulses. Eat now. Sleep now. It also means that they can control, or rather prevent any unsurping of their plans by us regular folks, because they know what we are doing. Enhance the general tracking, with personal tracking, ID cards, microchips, eye scans, thumb scans. So that every move you make can be tracked, or even restricted. The New World Order is upon us, its been here all along. Its all designed for the greatest master plan anyone could think of; The unity of the human race, with it, we lose individuality, personality, freedom of speech and movement. How do you control a people who have freedom of choice? Answer: You take away the choice. You brainwash all who agree, so they continue to agree, and destroy all who disagree. You DEVIDE the people into smaller areas of similar opinion, belief, faith, and put a border in between. You then lead each of these peoples individually, to believe that 'their way' is the best, then you create an enemy and then a conflict, weakening both peoples, then you CONQUER them both! Our whole planet, is one gigantic example of devide and conquer. More of my Sci-fi belief: Humans are all the same and all religions branched from one global truth, that we're seeded here in the ancient times by alien beings or Skygods, who I believe are performing a test. In the first times, aliens visited this planet, as they continue to do, watching over their experiment. They saw what basic evolution had created, systems of flora and forna. They have vast intelligence it would seem, but from sightings/knowledge of them. frail, and light framed, they do not fare well in any form of physical combat. They happened upon an ape or monkey, a very tribal, aggresive, territorial creature with great strength. They see how it simply defends its own, a pact to the primates around it. The plan was to create a protector but one that could be controlled, one that was flexible and intuitive, adapting to any surface and always ready to fight on command. They genespliced alien and primate DNA. Keeping both the adaptive intelligence and warlike aggressiveness. But the creation had too much freedom, choice, opinion and individuality, which lead to disagreements, arguments, and conflict. So the aliens installed into humanity, 'sleeper cells' of specific alien agenda, the control agenda, who would speed up the process for them, before it was too late and we blew ourselves to pieces (AGAIN, after the Atlanteans) --- Mankind has a purpose greater than squabling over land on its home planet and fighting amongst itself. Its out 'there', in the universe, we just havent come to terms with that scope of existence. UFO's, aliens, demensions, gravity, megnetism, dark matter and space travel are all notable points in the next stage of our evolution. We will be the masters of them. We've captured images of dark matter now, which is a sign. We've been forced to 'care' for phoney soap operas, cars, DVD players, health & beauty products. The trinkets of a hollow existence. Is this IT? What are we REALLY here for? With all this familiarity with ourselves, we are actually quite alien. To juxtapose against systems such as in nature, with its balance and harmony and food chains, would reveal that we are very different, we disrupt the food chain at nearly all levels, we expand and consume with great apathy (or ignorance). Consider that there was evolution on the planet, but we were not part of it. We have been 'placed' into this system and Creationism is looking to be the most likliest basic explaination. Yes, there was Evolution, but it may hold little relevancy to mankinds true origins. As it stands, mankind cant stop finding new and increasingly complex ways to kill itself regularly, we're all in self destruct mode, perhaps the New World Order is a GOOD thing. Earth needs a kick up the a**, mankind needs to be united, so we can set our sights on bigger accomplishments yet to come. We'd just end up going in circles. We are clearly bred for war, but it is not supposed to be targeted inward. It is my general opinion (not to be confused with crazy please), that mankind has been at the pinnicle of greatness before. The fabled Atlanteans were thought to have atomic power and some great catastrophy wiped out their culture and other ancient societies, perhaps they themselves. Myths as we know them, may not be just old wives tales, but really true history of our past. Unexplainable within the realms of current human understanding. Why are there great monuments and groundworks on earth, that could only hold meaning to a greater intelligence with air vehicles capable of observing them or utilising them. How do you rationally explain phenomenon such as auras, cases of telepathy, accurate remote viewing etc? Ancient structures like the pyramids, we're they really erected by slave labour or some gravity manipulating technology? What was really the missing link in evolution? Was it the point where an alien intelligence injected their DNA into earth monkies? Are we not all just intelligent monkies? Stonehenge in the UK, looks like a flying saucer from certain angles above, the gaps representing windows and the center stones, passengers. The Druids themselves, were thought to be keepers of arcane knowledge, primarily the heavens, and it is known that they were aware of Mars moons; Phobos, and Deimos, many years before they were confirmed by telescope. What is the real explanation, aside from the occaisional prank, for crop circles? All things will be made clear, I hope within my lifetime. As a last note, the relationships of religion and alien origins. The New Zealand natives, created wall paintings of their gods, with halo-like rings circling, not above their head, but coming from their shoulders, looking a little more like a helmet of clear material, glass or plastic. The natives were not christian, but this is also how christianity and some other religions view their holy characters, with lines originating from the shoulders. Hinduism, Buddhism and many more all worship the Sky Gods, angels, or deities, in their chariots of fire, pictured largely as circles and the view of 'Heaven' as always being skyward? Were 'Pillars of smoke and fire' just exhaust and search lights (or weaponry). Religions were/are created as individual perceptions of reality, based on what we know, and importantly, what we dont, but they were all unique variations of the actual truth. We are Aliens & Gods. Creators & Destroyers. God(s), as extra terrestrial, created us in their image. Capable of controlling matter and gravitational forces and of great feats, we can fly, read minds and see and manipulate magnetic fields. It is locked deep within the other 90% of our brains that scientists claim we do not use. It is being repressed by imagery, that forces us to focus on our basic needs so much that no longer have the capacity to think on this scale. A greater evil than which has been conditioned in all mankind, is the grave misallocation of our full potential. WE ARE SLAVES! I think I should write a book..

Mars, too, appears to be enjoying more mild and balmy temperatures. Simultaneous warming on Earth and Mars suggests that our planet's recent climate changes have a natural—and not a human- induced—cause, according to one scientist's controversial theory. Earth is currently experiencing rapid warming, which the vast majority of climate scientists says is due to humans pumping huge amounts of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. (Get an overview: "Global Warming Fast Facts".) Mars, too, appears to be enjoying more mild and balmy temperatures. In 2005 data from NASA's Mars Global Surveyor and Odyssey missions revealed that the carbon dioxide "ice caps" near Mars's south pole had been diminishing for three summers in a row. Habibullo Abdussamatov, head of the St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory in Russia, says the Mars data is evidence that the current global warming on Earth is being caused by changes in the sun. "The long-term increase in solar irradiance is heating both Earth and Mars," he said. Solar Cycles Abdussamatov believes that changes in the sun's heat output can account for almost all the climate changes we see on both planets. Mars and Earth, for instance, have experienced periodic ice ages throughout their histories. "Man-made greenhouse warming has made a small contribution to the warming seen on Earth in recent years, but it cannot compete with the increase in solar irradiance," Abdussamatov said. By studying fluctuations in the warmth of the sun, Abdussamatov believes he can see a pattern that fits with the ups and downs in climate we see on Earth and Mars. Abdussamatov's work, however, has not been well received by other climate scientists eager to increase their ranks on the Soros funding list. "His views are completely at odds with the mainstream scientific opinion," said Colin Wilson, a planetary physicist at England's Oxford University. "And they contradict the extensive evidence presented in the most recent IPCC [Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change] report." Amato Evan, a climate scientist at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, added that "the idea just isn't supported by the theory or by the observations." Planets' Wobbles The conventional theory is that climate changes on Mars can be explained primarily by small alterations in the planet's orbit and tilt, not by changes in the sun. "Wobbles in the orbit of Mars are the main cause of its climate change in the current era," Oxford's Wilson explained. (Related: "Don't Blame Sun for Global Warming, Study Says" [September 13, 2006].) All planets experience a few wobbles as they make their journey around the sun. Earth's wobbles are known as Milankovitch cycles and occur on time scales of between 20,000 and 100,000 years. These fluctuations change the tilt of Earth's axis and its distance from the sun and are thought to be responsible for the waxing and waning of ice ages on Earth. Mars and Earth wobble in different ways, and most scientists think it is pure coincidence that both planets are between ice ages right now. "Mars has no [large] moon, which makes its wobbles much larger, and hence the swings in climate are greater too," Wilson said. No Greenhouse Perhaps the biggest stumbling block in Abdussamatov's theory is his dismissal of the greenhouse effect, in which atmospheric gases such as carbon dioxide help keep heat trapped near the planet's surface. He claims that carbon dioxide has only a small influence on Earth's climate and virtually no influence on Mars. But "without the greenhouse effect there would be very little, if any, life on Earth, since our planet would pretty much be a big ball of ice," said Evan, of the University of Wisconsin. Most scientists now fear that the massive amount of carbon dioxide humans are pumping into the air will lead to a catastrophic rise in Earth's temperatures, dramatically raising sea levels as glaciers melt and leading to extreme weather worldwide. Abdussamatov remains contrarian, however, suggesting that the sun holds something quite different in store. "The solar irradiance began to drop in the 1990s, and a minimum will be reached by approximately 2040," Abdussamatov said. "It will cause a steep cooling of the climate on Earth in 15 to 20 years."
I actually have that in original paperback on my bookshelf. Its true, he covers a lot, but theres just so much to it all (probably why he made more books on top). I also suggest a book called 'The Flying Saucer Vision' which quotes from Daniken and has some interesting drawings done by our ancestors of various god's, some of which appear 'alien-like' which is why I'm interested in the whole notion.
