I'm startin this thread a bit prematurely, but oh fuckin well. anyway, my bro and I just got paid by the USA network to run around DC and spraypaint stencils in highly visible areas. it's part of a promotion for an upcoming USA sci-fi "original" called The 4400. Some of the spots we hit (in broad daylight): Best Buy Borders bookstore Wal-Mart (heh) Spotsylvania Mall Springfield Mall Some dude's back (I think he was homeless) Nation (very popular club in DC) National Air & Space museum (we couldn't resist, it IS a sci-fi promo) the side of a DC Metro bus I did the side of the bus because my boy didn't think I would. we came to a stoplight in DC and pulled up next to a bus. he looked at me and said "man, that'd be a great spot for one of these." So I said "yeah it would" He said "you won't do it..." I looked at him and said "the fuck I won't..." I grabbed a stencil and some spraypaint and hopped out of the car. Walked up to the bus... 6 seconds later it was done. By far the best of all of 'em. Anyway, I have all these pictures but they're all too big in file size to upload at imagedump.com, which is where I usually upload pictures to. I don't have photoshop or anything like it and I don't know how to reduce the file sizes below the 430 kb they're currently at. Any ideas?
you can't. we had to have all our photos and write-ups to her by 4 pm today so she could make a power point presentation to the suits by 6 pm. she also had people doin this in just about every major city in the country. I'd love to see the photos other people sent her.
Hey, as long as you didn't hit my parent's house in Woodbridge, I'm all for it. Did you and leather_face have a standoff?
