Remember all the news coverage about the Presidents daughters drinking :shock: at clubs in a collage town. No big deal in my book I got my fake driver license and was donned the official beer purchaser at the ripe age of 15. But that was when you could drink at 18 if I remember correctly. The government was threatening to take the states highway funding away if they did not raise it to 21.
