It even cost me a relationship at one point. I never really thought hey did it. I went to church with an ex and was offered at the preacher calling for these boys execution and they should burn in hell. More of that good old Christan forgiveness........ I almost want to call that church and call him on this.

I mean really she should be arrested on pure stupidity.
It's sad and pathetic on all counts. So not only did he kill her son, he also killed two of his friends. It's unbelievable how cold and callus some people can be.
Whats sad is that these kids were blamed and she never came forward and said anything about the threat. They were into heavy metal and labeled "Satan worshippers" They were convected on hearsay. The evidence was all bullshit and one of the confession was coerced
The moral to the story is when raping, mutilating, hogtieing little boys and make sure and leave someone else’s lock of hair on the scene. If the case starts with you as a suspect then that’s all the better eventually they will find the hair and of course that will be obvious proof that you are innocent you could get away with murder and then sue the justice system for character assassination. Then write a book. You could buy some Elvis hair off of Ebay. I could just see it now all over the headlines. "The Memphis three are innocent" "The Mayor has appologized as well as the the self-rigetous preacher of First welfare recepients heavenly conent of christian perverts" "Now authorities are focusing their search on Elvis who apparently is alive.
Joe none of the Boys who were convicted DNA was found anywhere. The kids dad and a friend of his he was playing music with hair was found at the scene. This kids got railroaded. I doubt they're smart enough considering one is borderline retarded to go to that extreme.
Not arguing that just saying. If you want to be a serial killer track you're victims well. Fine a patsy with an indirect relationship with the victim. Plant evidence "DNA type preferably" on the scene. Make sure otherwise the area is either totally clean of any evidence incriminating you. It would work best though it you were a chief suspect. Once the conflicting evidence were found you are off scott free. They treat it as proof of you're innocence. It has happened several times. Look up DNA case studies where a convicted murder eventually gets off through the appeals process if someone else’s evidence is later found from an exhumed body or from evidence stored in archive. There could be 25 people who testified they saw you do it but 30 years later the milkman’s toenail clip was found attached to the flannel shirt of the victim. Bam the national headlines read "Jailed man let off after DNA PROOF of innocence exonerates the alleged perpetrator of the crime" The City will have to pay the man 50.00 for every day he was behind bars. The news paper article shows some old lady the mother of the victim tears streaming down her cheeks apologizing profusely to the person she does not know really did kill her daughter and kissing him. The kids may be innocent or they may be guilty. The hair proves nothing.
If someone threatened my kids the last thing they are going to find is evidence. Of anything. Or the threatening person. Its amazing what you can put in a cast iron tub to soak stuff in....
You know there are sink holes out in the woods you could trip into one and just virtually disappear never to be herd from again. I used to like to go spelunking with my brother some times you can go down in a hole hardly bigger than a rabbit hole and find a cavern big enough for a school bus inside. Just like a kayaker can read the water and tell where the rocks are underneath under currents and such. A good spelunker can pretty much see the conditions that are right for a cave where another person may not suspect. Some are so full of radon gas you could get giddy and disorientated from lack of oxygen.
