You haven't a clue have you? What a waste of a dead snake! Why cut the head off? In the hands of someone who knows what they are doing, that could have made a really nice belt.

It's probably to late now and the skin is starting to dry and curl. For prepairing a skin, you will need... 1 box of map pins ( the ones with the bobble on top ). 1 large wooden chopping board ( kitchen type ). 1 100w light bulb for every 2ft of skin. 1 skining knife ( or the end of a stainless steel kitchen spatula works well ). Preparation Lay skin vertically on chopping board and put two pins firmly through upper left most edge of skin then pull skin tight over to the right, and hold in place with two more pins in right edge. Now place knike/spatula flat onto skin and push firmly and scrape down about two inches to remove any gristle and shit from the skin. Repeat the process until the skin looks like wet leather ( oo-er! ). Now pull left side of skin down and push in another pin about an inch down ( every half inch if you have enough pins ) and do the same on the right side. Repeat this all the way down the skin untill it is completely clean and pinned. Then place board about two to three feet away from lit light bulbs ( If you place skin to close to the bulbs it will dry to fast and it will crack) and dry for about 10 -12 hours or untill slightly scratchy on the fingernail. If it goes stiff your fucked. Remove from light/heat and place somewhere warm and dry. If it get damp at all it will get mildew and be fucked. If you get that far Kitana, I will tell you how to work the skin and make it malleable. And if you can smell rotting flesh, you haven't cleaned it properly. Either that or you haven't washed for a while...
