Frank Ranieri, 25, faces seven years in prison after police tell CBS 2 HD that he paid at least three girls between the ages of 15 and 17 $500 an hour to indulge in the obscure act known as "piquerism," a sexual fixation on penetrating the body with sharp objects, such as pins or nails, and in Rainieri's case, a pen. "Mr. Ranieri had punctured the skin of the hind buttocks area of young teenage girls who are high school age with pens and pins," Staten Island District Attorney Daniel Donovan said.
