How about "Ok judge I admit I raped the little girl but my psychologist says I have an exceptionally high rate of hornyness so it’s really not my fault I suffer from a mental condition." or "I did a psychological evaluation test and I was deemed as being prone to anger outburst. So when I bludgeoned to death that other motorist involved in the car accident I was only reacting to a combination of adrenalin accompanied with an already existing predisposition to being angry. Mental Health problems are not an excuse for anything, but may be considered as a mitigating circumstance in sentencing. In other words, if you are crazy as hell and kill someone, you may get life in prison instead of the electric chair. I rarely see mental health conditions stand up in court as an excuse for anything. People are still held responsible for their behaviors. Even the Schizophrenic that hears voices knows that it is illegal to kill. If he truly can't understand "Illegal" he may have an insanity plea. Few qualify.
Now if a court tries several of a Schizophrenic's personalities, can they circumvent the "double-jeopardy" hurdle?

Nah, they built an Ethanol - BioDiesel plant about 5 miles outside of town. So me and my 'mad max' mates can go and get fuel there. Of course I dont think my Hemi is E85 ready though....
