Allright, my buddy and I were having this discussion the other night (yes, we're this geeky, but that's not the point). At the end of Batman begins Detective Gordon hands Batman the Joker calling card. Says it was an armed robbery double homicide. All of that is well and good, but honestly, who out there right now would be a good Joker? I'm trying to think of actors who can pull it off, but no really good ones, that truly fit, are coming to mind. I'm thinking of the Joker in Killing Joke, but maybe Dark Knight Returns might be a good template for him as well. And go ahead and make fun of me for being a geek, I've already accepted that as part of my fate.
We chatted about this somewhere else, I think the conclusion was it'd have to be a relatively new actor, and not fucking Jack Black. Yer lucky I'm not one of those people who finds the exact post and links to it, cuz, that adds to the burn.
