I am going to have a walk along the beach, it is so nice when there is no one else about, it is 12.40 here and I have the Indian Ocean on my door step, have a fugly night xxx

Her weekly walk on the beach is the only respite she gets from the doldrums of her "safe room."

That's why I love her. She endures the solitude without complaint, asks for little, and is always SO glad when I stop by for a visit.
