I saw this newspaper at a doctors once in Brissie called SWASI. It was a paper for sexworkers. In the editorials this one woman was having a bitch. She had come from London, backing in Cairns and was back in the industry to make a few quid. She was a 'Nanny' when she worked in england and was saying how crusey the work was cos the most you had to do sexually was breastfeed them. She was pissed off that there wasn't a market for it in Aus and she had to go back to doing the hard work.
