I started having them again I get them in the winter most of the time never during the summer. My ribs are killing me. How can I stop these?
I got prolonged (all day), violent sneezing fits for a while. I think it was something to do with my metabolism and was connected to lack of sleep. I read recently that pure chamomile herbal tea help if it's an allergic reaction. Drink the tea, then use the tea bag over your eyes. Worth a try. "Chamomile tea is a very good soother for the parasympathetic nervous system and may help settle allergic responses."
Fennel seed tea is also good for what ails you. I think it is spelled fennel, it may be phennel, but I am pretty sure it is fennel, it is also good for gas. Those of with kids know how bad gassy babies act.
Whatever you do don't take a simple, over the counter antihistamine. Millions of people take those everyday because they obviously never work.
Of course they work. But is it worth it? I will always try a harmless method before resorting to medications which have side effects and only if i really can't manage without it. And that's a couple of the second generation antihistamines that were supposed to be safer than the first. They've been withdrawn from the market now, but that's not much compensation to all the Barry's of the world who have died as a result of blind faith in pharmaceuticals.
I can't take pseudoephedrine. I took some daytime sinus medication with it in it once and had to be carried out of work. I think it is in Mini Thins as well. I took three in high school and passed out in first period. That stuff is supposed to hop you up and it makes me pass out cold. I think it is because it causes my heart to beat at rates over 200bpm or something. I have a fast ticker anyway. This is why I avoid all stimulants. Because of this, I cannot take most OTC (and RX) decongestants. I can take Benedryl. I have a histimine problem... urticaria... more specically dermographism, so antihistamines are good for allergic reactions. I should have photographed the fucked up shit on my legs Saturday after being in the yard for about 10 minutes. I had never seen anything quite like it. I looked like I was possessed. I think they used to burn people like me way back when because they thought we had demons inside of us.
Now we are getting somewhere. Did you ever use a Ouija board when you were a kid? You DID didn't you!
Yes. To the point that my mom took it away from me. So I made one out of wood and used a wine glass as my indicator. I 'communicated' with a guy named "Chris". He supposedly died in 1985 March 4th or April 3rd... I know it was 3/4 or 4/3 1985. Funny thing though... neighbor said that the people who had the house before my parent's had a son named Chris and he had my bedroom. I remember her telling my sister that she saw him one night in his (my) room and he had red glowing eyes. This stupid story was told way before my Ouija. I went to the library and went through the obits for the year of 1985, but I didn't find anyone with the same last name as the former owners of the house. I guess the boy could have had a different last name if his mom remarried or Ouija boards are for retards. I'm thinking the latter.
Sounds like allergies to me. Probably dust in the winter from the heating ducts. Can also be things like coakroach shit, pollin, whatever. Primary care doctor could prescribe something. If your mucous membranes look red and inflammed when you look up your nose that would support the reason being allergies.
