Calm down, fuckwad. He didn't mention the best scene.

Ok, somebody REALLY needs to get some fucking pussy. You're not actually the comic book guy from The Simpsons are you?

Hmmm... I think tommy might be bullshitting here. Whenever they do something in the 'Star Trek universe' they have historians that research every episode/movei/book/etc, making sure everything fits together and that nothing contradicts an earlier storyline.

In the series "Voyager," which, if I'm not mistaken, takes place after "The Next Generation" - there were numerous references to "Data," and I recall one episode in particular where he is referred to as still being 'alive.' Captain Janeway is talking to some alien guest on their ship about the holographic computer-generated doctor, and she mentions "A sentient android" that is still a member of Starfleet by the name of "Data."

Unless they set this movei at some point in the future, after the Voyager series launched, it wouldn't fit together - but then again, what the fuck do I know?

This guy too. You fucking sci-fi geeks kill me. It's obvious you guys have a fairly high intellect. So why don't you guys do something meaningful with your lives, that actually contributes to society, instead jerking off all day to japanimation down in your mom's basement?

well lomo.. voyager was set on a ship that was 70,000 light years away from the alpha quadrant that was incommunicado... and data was still alive when they were booted to the delta quadrant- but then again what the fuck do i know? <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

sci-fi geek? how the fuck does knowing the the overall series premise of 'voyager' qualify me as a sci-fi geek?.. if i had my own phaser, dressed as a klingon, could recite scripts from memory, bought william shatners CD's, stuck a pic of 'troi' in my glasses case in lieu of a girlfriend, etc etc etc... then i guess i could qualify as a sci-fi geek...

and where the fuck does 'japanimation' come into all this?

Knowing the premise in such great detail makes you a fucking sci-fi geek. I know that they are on a ship somewhere really fucking far away, really fucking far in to the future. That's all a normal should even want to know. You were talking about alpha and delta quadrants and shit. That's not far from carrying a phaser, reciting scripts from memory, and dreams of sucking Shatner's cock.

sure does, the best ever animated series that paved the way for all that came after it was Astro Boy. the book is dark and distrubing look at futuristic life not like the cartoon. it's a great read.

knowing the premise in such great detail makes me someone who actually watches a new show 2 or 3 times before dismissing it as shit.. all that info was in the first & second episodes..

Precisely. Ruin my optimism some more while you're at it, won't you? Still, like I said: "Unless they set this movei at some point in the future, after the Voyager series launched..."

If that's true, I'm gonna see it tonight. I'd really like to see how the writers worked themselves up to that plot twist.

Take out some more paper kids. Notice how the antagonist is now out names to call, so hes going to resort to cracking the protagonist's skull open.
