now those who've read the forum regularly... know that i am not a yank hater.. i don't have the jealousy inferiority complex many other non-americans have...
but the way your countries suddenly turned into demonic state gives me the creeps... chill down spine feeling...

and it's down to that GWB... you know.. i need to know... is it just me... or does anyone else think he is satan... hell bent on instigating armageddon and fulfilling revelations....

'cos he's been in power, what, 3 months?? and already he's upset the russians.. so much so that they are considering forming alliances with other disgruntled nuclear powers and forming another super-power... he's pissed off the chinese.. who, lets face it... are the second biggest military power in the world.... he's bombed iraq again... which was just an "i've arrived and i mean business" gesture... but was condemned by all right thinking nations/people (except our government of course who helped with the strikes... like the snot nosed kid who does the dares the bigger kids set him just to be part of the gang!!)...
and i'm sorry.. call me paranoid.. but it unsettles me...
it seems bush is hell bent on starting the war to end all wars....

and all the doomsday predictions have been pointing to the first decade(s) of this millennium as the setting for armageddon....

and yeah i know... before you start bitchin... i'm bein dumb..

oh and also... this spy plane that landed in china....

when the crew get released and come home.. will they get a heroes welcome... if so they don't deserve it...

they emergency landed a plane.. full of secrets and top-secret technology on the soil of the foreign power they were spying on....
surely crash landing it into the sea would have been the done thing...

'cos the way i'm seeing it... that crew are traitors.. and on their return to US soil should be executed for treason.. or at the least dishonourably discharged...
    well thats my opinion anyway

A reply to Mr. Daddy. ( i haven't got the hang {ahhh, technique]of quoting this stuff yet)

    here goes:

    1) He, GWB, isn't Satan (Santa backwards) ... that fulfilling "revelation" was just internet piffle ... it wasn't even in Nostro's writings

    2) GWB isn't a pussy like the traitor Clinton. the difference is startling isn't it? China was used to getting its way for so long ... all they had to do was hand over the campaign contributions and they got everything. Those days have ended. They have got so many of our satellite secrets that we should be getting our Macdonalds toys and Walmart crap for free for the next 1000 years.

For the last twenty years or so, political correctness, and bending over backwards to tryanny have made people unfamiliar with the notion of standing up for yourself. Thus, it is understandable you are confused. Don't worry - as long as Clinton nor his people are in charge this country is in fine shape.

You omit that Saddam broke the rules the world put on him, he (Saddam) tested Bush and found out that the days of Albright are gone.

    3) I agree with you on this last part ... that particular aircraft's payload is more valuable than the lives on board. They should have made it their dying act to ensure its destruction. That is, and has been, the price of freedom.

There were two chinese planes in the area of the spy-plane...Both were russian built Migs, one of the fastest most manoeuvrable aircraft on the face of the planet, an F-15 would have trouble getting near it, let alone next to it...So how the hell did the Spy-plane an EP-3E Orion, Four-engine turboprop with a maximum speed of 466mph, crash into it???

Something fucking stinks if you ask me...

I bet the Chinese are crawling all over that plane, and have probably built a pocket sized version already...

The Chinese aircraft that hit the EP3C was an F8 ... a Chinese built variant of a russain aircraft ( I don't know the variant .. Look it up on FAS or Jane's)

The EP3C was 60+ miles off of the coast, we contend in int'l. airspace.

Sure seemed like the Chinese were playing bumper cars to me. But guess what? I don't hav a prob. w that!! The EP3C should have had an escort. My opinion is the Chinese deliberately caused the accident, guessing correctly that this plane would land in Hainan. Hainan is where a great deal of testing occurs and it is a sub base.

We, the US, want to collect emissions (a joke prompt here!)

We seem annoyed that the Chinese didn't take to that kindly and even more annoyed they got the gold ring of intelligence.

Bottom line - we fucked the pooch, the whole litter of 'em.

i never read any predictions... on the net or otherwise (and if i read shit like that on the net... i'd take it with a pinch of salt)... i just sorta formed paranoid delusion from condensing all prediction stuff that's sunk into my head over the years...

i take it you are a republican... why is clinton a traitor?? i know he was a crooked fucker.. but all politicians are... is trying to have a hand in being at the head of the forming of a global community, and by doing so, having a deciding voice in the direction that it takes, treachery??
it's gonna happen... the end of borders and boundaries and nationalism.. so is it a bad thing to be at the head of it??
and i don't know your countries history with china....

ermm.. bombing iraq will not affect saddam in the slightest... he is safely tucked away in his bunkers.. the only people who are punished by the bombing of iraq are the civilians of iraq.. same goes with the trade sanctions

and i'm glad we agree on something...
i am of the opinion that the US armed forces seem to be wrapped up in cotton wool... and will do anything to avoid direct nitty-gritty conflict....
mind you... since they can distance themselves from the front line.. why not??

    2 sides to every argument...
and both are right in their way

you got me on that one ... dislaxia of the brain

i take it you are a republican...

    with a small r

why is clinton a traitor?? i know he was a crooked fucker.. but all politicians are...

not all politicins and those that are have not equaled the magnitude of Bill and Hillary

it will let him know that Clinton and his crowd are no longer in charge - but it is time to end the sanctions. The people of Iraq do not seem inclined to take the risk of getting rid of Saddam - so we will need to get back into their graces. Along with the rest of the middle east

and i'm glad we agree on something...

    don't say that out loud

thanks to the motherfucker Bill Clinton and the Democrats. Do you know what a blue card is?

yes ... i'm in full agreement..
my girlfriend is half iraqi and through her i can see the other side of the coin.. and i feel a kinda national shame in the way the west has tried to police the middle east... there are centuries old conflicts that afflict that region.. and we are naive to think we can bully them into a resolution...

Do you know what a blue card is?

no not really.. i can only hazard a wild guess...
is it like a green card... but given to foreign nationals who serve in the US armed forces??
i have a friend who joined the us navy to get us citizenship

usually it my way or the highway, but i'm new here

hey.. it's fine.. everyone is entitled to form their own opinions.. and are free to share them...
and you are well within your rights to believe your views on a subject are the only correct ones... skully believes that all the time...
but a good open discussion does wonders for opening up your mind to new slants on an issue.. and gives you a more rounded view...
and newbie or not.. that don't matter... just how you conduct yourself will count for more than your post totals...
there are people posting here who are still pricks after months of posting.. and some make a positive mark from post #1

i know i wasn't always up to speed on the vagaries of the forum...

think i have got it now tho

A blue card is the color of the card our navy gives to recruits to hand in when they are having a "bad" day. This then excuses them from that days training or instruction. Initially given only to females it was decided that males must be given the same number so as not to offend the females. I believe the limit is 3 cards.

Nice chatting with you Mr. Daddy, may I call you Pimp?

    - - - ps: any one know why gremlins is spelled incorrectly on the instructions for posting?

i already posted a pic of her in this thread got earache for it too...

yes.. but an unchecked superpower will abuse it's power... you really need an opposing power to keep a rein on the strongest state...
and also... look at the way the states has gone downhill... morally and societally since the cold war fizzled out... nothin like a common enemy to perpetuate patriotism...

some folks spell demon as daemon.. maybe graemlin is an alternative spelling along the same vein....
