fire, lots of it... just soak all your clothes in gasoline, then get dressed, and ignigte them... takes care of all stains

My diet is not doing so well. I did lose about 35 lbs, and have kept it off. I look pretty good for an old bald headed ex jock, but I am not quite ready for the Adonis pics.
