I still say it was the tax cuts that helped manufacturing actually.

But you cannot expect to go on paying a guy to put five rivets in 65 cars a day making 58 grand a year and doing a half ass job of the simpleton task he has at hand. While a foreigner will gladly try his ass off to do a better job riveting 200 cars a day at 5 dollars an hour equivalent. Japan kicked our asses in manufacturing now they do not so much any more there outsourcing also and why because there people are fat and lazy and wealthy like us. It’s a vicious circle Dio.

 

The only thing that's a vicious cycle here is your stupidity. We try to force-feed you some knowledge, but you keep getting dumber, so we try to feed you more knowledge.... it goes on and on....
