I actually never eat liver. It doesn't make sense to me, really... I mean, why would you want to eat the organ that filters out all of the impurities in a body? I'm sure in the days before fertilizer and insecticides, hormones and vaccines, a cow's liver would be relatively "clean" (not like cows binge drink like me) - but nowadays? I just don't trust the liver.

 

I don't eat liver anymore. It's too dangerous.
