WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (July 5) - Rush Limbaugh will not face criminal charges in Palm Beach County after authorities found he had a bottle of Viagra that was prescribed in his doctor's name, prosecutors said Wednesday.

Lucky for Rush. That typically carries a "stiff" penalty.

It's common for Dr.'s to prescribe medications like viagra under a different name for privacy reasons, so long as all the pertinent parties ie the pharmacist and the person prescribed etc are aware of the situation. They are hounding him bigtime. Looking for a chink something thay can get him with. It it were anyone else that would be called harassment.

I thought I'd have to go about his lawyers' "firm" but sometimes that's too "hard." OK, maybe I'm done, now.

I think the funniest part of it was Joe immediately rushing to the "liberal media" prosecution angle. Good stuff.

Admit it, you yell "media bias" when the Dr. taps your knee to take your reflexes.

I was under time constraints flipped over to Fugly and read and replied immediatly. What I said was true actually I mean if you do not see that it's you with the wool over your eyes. But yeah I laughed my ass off after the initial shock of being had.

I got nothing to hide I'll gladly tell you the media is the root of all evil. Nothing different here is there?

Did you know that just over the past 11 quarters, dating back to the June 2003 Bush tax cuts, America has increased the size of its entire economy by 20 percent? In less than three years, the U.S. economic pie has expanded by $2.2 trillion, an output add-on that is roughly the same size as the total Chinese economy, and much larger than the total economic size of nations like India, Mexico, Ireland and Belgium.

This is an extraordinary fact, although you may be reading it here first. Most in the mainstream media would rather tout the faults of American capitalism than sing its praises. And of course, the media will almost always discuss supply-side tax cuts in negative terms, such as big budget deficits and static revenue losses. But here's another suppressed fact: Since the 2003 tax cuts, tax-revenue collections from the expanding economy have been surging at double-digit rates, while the deficit is constantly being revised downward.

It is unequivocally without a doubt that the media lies to the American public. There lies are consistently directed at obscuring the truth to the electorate. The most dangerous thing for the left as well as the media is a properly informed public. When properly informed the public will do the right thing.

Fact is we are seeing another huge economic expansion of gargantuan proportions. But if you were to break every economic indicator down and place them on a line graph and place that on a time table. Then do a comparative analysis of what was reported you will see that while things are doing great over all the media tends to actively look for a negative something that they can wedge in there to make the appearance that the economy is not doing well.

If it were commodities say egg shells, pork bellies, wood pulp, livestock. and consider 15 other items all making appreciable gains but for a brief 15 min there was a decrease in eggshells. Then the media would make a headline. "Poultry industry looking grim as financiers loose money in eggshells" Would they be lying? Some would argue not. These are the idiots we have in society the type that would argue that the answer would depend on the meaning of the word "is". Hell yes the media is actively lying to the general public.

So since you brought it up Dio and Smurf the media is biased and it would behoove you to recognize that fact.
