'Cos of location & upbringing I was always a league man. I used to think Union was the only sport where the crowd saw more of the ball than the players. As a spectator sport though it's improved dramatically since the players went full time. I hope we fuck them all over especialy the S. Africans, but that team under Clive Woodward has a history of grasping defeat from the jaws of victory, so I wouldn't shout too loud just yet.

We lost against Australia when we sent our 2nd Team down under in '99, but aside from that minor blip we haven't lost to anyone of Test match significance since...we beat Australia at home, which no England team has ever managed to do in over 100 years. Even when we lost to France last month that was a Colts selection, which is essentially the 2nd/3rd choice team.... Also, we haven't lost at 'Fortress' Twickenham for 4 years. This has been an amazing event so far!
