O cool, I was just asking because I have never seen a desktop set up like that

 

you can create folders on the startbar that point to any location/folder including the desktop, the quicklaunch is an example of this, once you have set the ones you want you can hide main deskop icons.

you can drag any folder onto the startbar i think and it creates a section you can also move the sections around and use multiple lines, i currently have 2 but you can drag it out to make more if you have high enough res

 

I see you use no-ip.

Had them for a while?
