Sounds nice with a system that makes no mistakes LH. Then the only innocents dying would be those gunned down by killers with nothing to loose.
You could probably fix that while creating your perfect system.

lucy her stats aren’t wrong..... poor black people and poor white people commit the same amount of crime, generally have lower iq's, and are more likely to have less education.... so you see it's not a question of race.... but of havs and have nots

 

How about considering that there are merits to all of these views. I worked in the criminal justice system for almost three years as a jail guard. I have a perspective that I consider accurate. You should at least consider the weight of : Hope : when you have none you have a higher tendency to work outside of the regular constraints of society. Have a disrespect of the system. You may find this odd but I truly believe that ALL men were created equal. I have full confidence that blacks as a race are capable of anything they want. I just as strongly feel that all this African American separations crap is. The next step of the healing process starts with becoming just Americans. Drop off the entire luggage that they carry and join the club. Its like a ball and chain it taints your view in the world and destroys hope.

 

my only reply to that joe is that thee's still a large element that does not want them in that club.... so like any other group of rejected people would do.... they're making their own club
