So, what is the USA gang doing for the 4th? I am headed to the beach tonight. A cool drink around the pool at 7:00PM, and Dinner at The Original Oyster House at 8:30PM. Romp on the beach with the Dog at 10:00. Back to the Pool for a midnight swim before bed. The 4th will be celebrated the traditional way - alcohol, food, and explosives. Food = BBQ something. I am leaning towards ribs. And the rest of you?
It's my dad's birthday, so I am heading down to Screven County Georgia to do the same. Swim, eat, and blow stuff up.
Yeah, some people get drunk and feel like shit the next day. I pick certain foods to "party" with and pay the next day.
sounds like a perfect day for you. the kids are at my sister's for the week. husband is playing at the gulf tomorrow night - you should steer clear of that gig - and i'm planning to take the day to rest. with the exception of paperwork that i need to do for business, i'll probably be in bed with the phone and lights turned off, watching old movies and remembering what it was like before children. or i may paint the hall, foyer and living room. it's a toss up.
