I had an idea for pizza delivery to be hot and fresh to have the pizza baked in the delivery truck. You make it at the shop and place it in the truck for delivery where it bakes en route to the destination.
I could have sworn that I read that someplace actually does that.....I wonder if I didnt just make that up in my head, but Im pretty sure I didnt.
I sit on ideas for years and never go anywhere with them. The pizza delivery truck idea was when I was in the military late 80's and had a get together at my place. We ordered like eight pizzas and the guy shows up over 30 minutes late. They were all free. That got me thinking I've mentioned it to several people.
We used to order Jimmy Johns where I used to work and they would deliver so fast that I swore that they made the sandwiches in the car.
