wtf are you talking about?.. at home i use a 56kmod and i had a strong clear uninterrupted (if slightly lower quality) stream of 28.8k.... broadband is only necessary for either perfect quality, or for when they have the live webcam link-up when they're broadcasting from a club (next week i think?)
One thing my connection doesn't handle well - anything 'streaming.' Besides, I'm always doing other shit online that takes up bandwidth, too.
