U.S. Government Caught Red-Handed Releasing Staged Al-Qaeda Videos Immediate Congressional investigation demanded, media oversight of clear and deliberate psychological warfare against American population non-existent October 5 2006
You know with Links like "PrisonPlanet" and "InfoWars" I think you are turning very Smurfish. If they were editing videos, to get information from detainees, so what? Psy-Ops goes a lot deeper than that. You think the worse thing they can do is put the face of a terrorist on the head of a porn star and say, "We are going to send this tape to your momma!"?
since you chose to engage just one sentence of nurseys post, rather than taking on the whole of it, i'll address the point you made.. if they can edit those videos... what other videos have they edited?
You want to talk about psy-ops? How about setting off a few nukes and showing the world a massive destructive force they've never seen before. Tack the names of a few scientists like Einstien on it and you give those scientists instant cred. After they have their instant cred, anything they have to say about physics is the absolute truth, like the theory of general relativity. Nobody can question it because hey, are you an Einstien? Completely lead science in a wrong direction and have anyone who disagrees or has different views flunk out of school or never get any grant money. Make it so that pursuing your ideas doesn't put any bread on the table. Fake a moon landing and you have an entire generation of people obsessed with Star Trek, time travel, gravity, and otherwise not caring about finding answers because they think somebody else has already figured them out. Can anyone tell me how warm rising air can cause an F5 tornado? Nobody really cares about figuring out tornadoes, they just know that we live with them. Apathy, since people figure we already have it all figured out.
All of them. The same way we photoshop images. But then that goes back to about half of Smurfs posts. I also look at the source of the information. Not Nursey, but the quoted sources. What exactly are the hallmarks? "and yet it was still bizarrely reported that the tape, bearing all the hallmarks of having been filmed and edited by undercover US intelligence" Was bin laden wearing a Knicks jersey? I just think if there was this much of a cover-up, or conspiracy, then more media outlets would have it. In Senate races where the Dem candidate didnt have a chance, this could have pushed them forward to win a seat. And I dont think the prisoners at Gitmo are stupid enough to say, "Yea that was me" when they probably never met Bin Laden, let alone been that close to him at a rally. They could do it the old way and just beat the shit out of them, but that would be cruel.....
Yes, but I guess PrisonPlanet.com talks in too many circles for me to actually disect the pooh from the worthy information. Is the issue that they edited the video, or that they are 'reporting' that it may have been in US posession since 2001?
Just like the media who all dutifully reported the weapons of mass destruction myth to fool a whole nation to war? It's time you put away your childish things...like believing in the fairy stories that are told to keep you all under control. The illusion of having a choice is just a pressure valve designed to stop the frustrations of the populace from boiling over. The corporate media serves corporate interests, and they are all in this together. You are such a well trained citizen. You are so entrenched in conventional thinking you can't entertain anything that falls outwith the parameters set by the 'powers that be'. Even if that is the only thing that is 'wrong' with the information - that it doesn't have the stamp of approval from the establishment. Simply put, you expect the establishment to print anti-establishment information. The Republicans and the Democrats are 'two cheeks of the same arse'. 'There aint a dimesworth of difference between a Republican and a Democrat when they both earn over a million each year'.
It was reported in the 'dominant media' that it was a new video released by Al Qaeda. It was in fact footage (which bore the hallmarks of being security agency surveillence film) from January 8 2000 of Bin Laden making a speech in front of an audience in Afghanistan, "interspersed with footage of the "laughing hijackers," Jarrah and Atta". But the footage was also used 7 months previously on a British docudrama (i.e. fiction), where (ironically?) British and U.S. agents had spliced the image of detainees into the footage. News reports 'over the weekend' contained the admission that the U.S. governmentit had been in possession of the footage since 2002 while others said it was found in 2001 when the U.S. invaded Afghanistan, yet the media continued to report the tape which had been in U.S. possession for five years was newly released 'over the weekend' by 'Al Qaeda'.
Let us discuss PsyOps why don't we and use the town of Haditha as an example: http://www.answers.com/topic/haditha Haditha HadithaHaditha (حديثة, al-Haditha) is a city in the western Iraqi province of Al Anbar, about 240 km northwest of Baghdad. It is a farming town situated on the Euphrates River at 34°09′01″N, 42°26′43″E. Its population of around 90,000 people is predominately Sunni Muslim Arabs. The city lies near the Buhayrat al Qadisiyyah, an artificial lake which was created by the building of the Haditha Dam, the largest hydroelectric facility in Iraq. In 2005, it became internationally famous as the location of the Haditha killings, allegedly committed by United States forces in the town. Haditha during the Iraq Occupation Haditha, Iraq and environsThe Haditha Dam and surrounding areas were initially secured by U.S. soldiers in April 2003 as part of the invasion of Iraq. An attack on the dam would have severely flooded towns along the Euphrates downstream from Haditha, as well as eliminating an important source of electricity needed for the re-establishment of the country. As the fighting continued following the fall of Saddam Hussein, Haditha became a center for insurgent activity. It lies between Al-Qaim, an insurgent entry point, and Baghdad. Haditha dam is the largest hydroelectric contributor to the power system in Iraq.On July 16, 2003 Mohammed Nayil Jurayfi, mayor of Haditha, and his youngest son, Ahmed, were assassinated.[1][2] In 2004, U.S. troops left a local police force in charge of the city and insurgents rounded up dozens of local police officers and publicly executed them in a soccer stadium.[3] In May 2005, U.S. forces launched Operation New Market in Haditha against the insurgents controlling the city. However, resistance continued. On August 1, 2005, an ambush killed six United States Marine snipers in the city; on August 3, a roadside bomb killed another 14 Marines and their interpreter. According to an August 2005 report by The Guardian, the town was controlled by insurgents, with US forces making only fleeting visits every few months. Like Al-Qa'im, it had come under a Taliban-like rule, with Western-style items banned and insurgents collecting the salaries of government employees.[4] This insurgent dominance has continued into 2006.[5] The mayor of Haditha in November of 2005 was Emad Jawad Hamza.[6] 2005 Haditha killings Main article: Haditha killings On 19 November 2005, US Marine Lance Corporal Miguel Terrazas was killed in Haditha in a roadside bomb attack on Marines from Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines.[7] Subsequently, 24 Iraqis, including 11 women and children, were allegedly killed by 12 Marines from the unit. The US military is investigating these claims,[8] and two captains and a lieutenant colonel have been relieved of duty.[9] In August of 2006 a commission reviewing the killings found probable cause for charging the Marines.[10] The same day, one of the accused Marines sued Rep. John P. Murtha (D-Pa.) for libel because of Murtha's characterization of the incident saying the Marines killed the civilians "in cold blood." Al Qaeda? You mean "the toilet"? Well, considering CIA + Mossad + MI5 = Al Qaeda , i'd go further than you Joe and say Al Qaeda ARE a psyop. Help! It's Al Faekeda!
