He's talking about Lake Forest super-sized subdivision. It's not as swank as it sounds. I used to live there. Besides it has a golf course and swimming pools, too but who's keeping score?

 

It's kind of an inside joke.
Nobody brags about living in Lake Forest.

Lake Forest is the biggest subdivision in the south. It looks great on paper, with all the fabulous "amenities" but it really is just a huge redneck housing project.

Here is a picture of the famous "stables". Notice that it only holds about eight horses. There are 3500 houses in the subdivision, so you do the math.

It is pretty good for the price though.
