The mother was in court today blaming the kids ADD for the reason he shot the man. Now from what I heard the kid snatched a purse the guy yelled stop "nigger". The kid stopped and shot his ass.

Now how does ADD come into this?

It doesn't.

AD/HD doesn't make anybody do anything. It can reduce a persons impulse control, but it can't make a person steal or carry a gun.

So since he shot the guy for saying a racial slur, does that make it a hate crime? I am sure they will try to say that he shot the guy cause he felt threatened, then they will sue the somaritan and he will have to sell his single wide and move into the camper on the back of his pickup.

 

The race card always gets pulled when the defense thinks they can use it.

 

If he'd yelled, "Stop, African-American!" he might still be alive today. Maybe in Nauseous' town, he'd have yelled, "Stop, colored!!" Of course, it's unlikely that there'd be a person of color 'round there anyway.
