yeah I know all about pinworms... had them as a kid. they get active at night. my but hole would be itching... finally my sister looked at my butt... and freaked out. I remember her crying because she was sure I was going to die.
I think this thread was beyond the threshold of even a site called "Fugly" far to much gross factor. The image of those maggots is burned into my brain I fear I will never recover from that.
