What you can learn from this is simply that youy cannot expect Democrats to do anything real to restrict a communist countries Nuke program. Democrats are communist for crying out loud. What you can depend on is the Democrats actually assisting a communist country in its endeavors and at the same time put up a media smoke screen to cover these actions. That same media is using Korean Nuke capabilities agains the Bush administration as if Bush had anything at all to do with it. I have complained about this for years since the 90's when it was going on. I'll make the point right now that Clinton administration is directly to blame for China's stealing of U.S. Satelite comminication encryption and ICBM technology. This through various security leaks that were encouraged and as a direct result of Clinton administration. Most notably. The Loral Satellite incident Feel freee to read CNN's cover story for the Clinton administration. I fixed a computer for a Loral engineer and was able to find out a great deal about what happened that day. Regardless of that though I and point out several descrepancies in the CNN story. Personally I believe the whole incident was orchistrated by slick Willy. PLA soldiers were involved in recovering wreckage from the Intelsat 708 launch crash. Members of the Intelsat and Loral team in the PRC were not allowed by PRC officials to visit the site until late in the afternoon of the launch failure. Examination of recovered debris by Loral engineers in the U.S. determined that the satellite’s encryption devices were not recovered from the crash site. so when will the US disarm their VAST nuclear arsenal??... when they've developed a more efficient weapon of course!!... fucking hypocrites
North Korea might now have The Bomb, but it doesn't have much electricity As the world grapples with how to rein in the "axis of evil" state which this week conducted a nuclear test, this spectacular satellite photo unveiled yesterday by US Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld shows in stark detail the haves and have-nots of the Korean peninsula. The regime in the north is so short of electricity that the whole country is switched off at 9 p.m. - apart from the capital of Pyongyang where dictator Kim Jong-il and his cohorts live in relative luxury. But even there, lighting is drastically reduced. The result, as shown in this picture taken one night earlier this week, is a startling contrast between the blacked-out north and the south, which is ablaze with light, particularly around major cities and the capital, Seoul, in the north-west of the country. Mr Rumsfeld showed the picture to illustrate how backward the northern regime really is - and how oppressed its people are. Without electricity there can be none of the appliances that make life easy and that we take for granted, he said. "Except for my wife and family, that is my favourite photo," said Mr Rumsfeld. "It says it all. There's the south, the same people as the north, the same resources north and south, and the big difference is in the south it's a free political system and a free economic system. "The people in the north are starving, their growth is stunted. It's a shame, a tragedy." An aide added: "This oppressive regime is too busy trying to make war to make life comfortable for its people."
