do you guys know what the doctors do in a partial birth abortion? i think that is what you mean by postpregnancy abortion. the baby is born full term or some time premature, and before the head comes out completely, the doc cuts through the baby's spinal cord, below the neck and then scrapes or sucks out the brain from that cut. something like that. anyways, if the doc hadnt cut the spinal cord and removed the brain, the baby could have or would have lived.
