I guess they are called tubifex worms. I had to investigate because it was freaking me out. Care should be taken as the worm(s) can transmit a variety of bacterial infections.
Yeah, I thought how much that reminded me of colonoscopy too. I saw a stag beetle the other day.... eww... this fucker: It was on my back porch on it's back all wiggling trying to correct itself. I knocked it back over and made the dogs stay away from it. They fucking freak me out. THEN... just a few minutes ago, I find what I thought was a woodroach in the kitchen and stupid, nice me takes it outside and lets it loose. Now I am freaking out that I have roaches... Roaches, mice and ticks. I feel dirty and rural and like I want to move. I think I am going to call pest control.
my cats will bring in those palmetto bugs... giant tree roaches. I kill them. A few years ago one almost killed me. I was up on a chair trying to squish it... and the fucker flew and landed on my face. I freaked out, fell off the chair, and was knocked out. I have no idea how long ... could have been 1 minute, could have been hours. I made a video of a weird bug the other day, I need to upload it.
