You know, they also called Colon Powell a leader for about 20 years. You're kind of making a hasty generalization, aren't you?

The new jobs created during GWBs regime earns 20% less than the jobs they replace. Does that infuriate you Joe ? Personally i am infuriated by someone who calls a slackening of the rules for protecting the hudson river, "the hudson river protection plan", and calls a reduction in educational spending that certainly will leave many children behind, for "no child left behind".

They would not need that many % of the war-expenditure to ensure a modern healthcare and education in america.

Xerx, you goof ball your numbers are off again.

GW has increased spending accross the board. Its something in his stratagy I have not figured out. Except to say that he is betting the next administration will be dems and it will be hard to trump his spending spree. And its not all defense spending either.

And 20% ? Come on now could it have possibly been 18.95 % or 22.38 %
or was it really 2% and you were rounding?

On a serious note I think it’s a shame that any conservative Black public figure who speaks his mind is attacked with impunity. While pathetic characters like Julian get shoved down the black peoples throats. Can say the most ridiculous things and be completely unscathed. And he is just a puppet for the Dems.

not true, but I see how you could think that. Most black leaders are democratic, it's a symptom of their politcal views, not the system.

But I'm not sure you understand. Have you ever listened to black talk radio? Cause I have and it’s not just talk radio. Terrible things have been said of Condoleezza Rice vicious uncalled for ridiculous things. And not a blink from all the so called groups for freedom against such things. Call Condoleezza Aunt Jemima and call Colin Powel Brer Rabbits Brer Rabbits tar baby. And you will not see a blink of reaction from the NAACP.

To Black people both brilliant in there own ways although Colin does make me wonder from time to time. And appointed by Bush to the highest positions held by black people in the history of our country. But for the blacks in this country brainwashed with hatred. This is a bad thing.

I live in southern california, the closest thing we have to black talk radio is rap stations.

I got a subscription and radio as a Christmas present from my wife. Its pretty cool. As far as music I just listen to local stations here I just moved outside Dallas and there are some good stations here. But I really like the story stations "Sonic Radio" and "Old Time Radio" at night while sleeping. Its a lot better then going to sleep with the TV on. Something my wife insists on but keeps me awake. So it’s a compromise.

Yeah, I just moved my ex-girlfriend out to Texas, probably not to far from you, she's gonna bbe in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Good riddance, too. But I listened to some serious satellite radio, haven't had the opportunity to check out to much XM, but I'd like to get it, corporate commercial radio sucks.

I remember when cable first came out. I was like in fifth grade, must have been 1980. Everyone was getting on the band wagon of commercial free TV. lol That did not last long. And to be honest XM has annoying commercials about itself. But it still is nice to be able to listen to the same talk show and drive from Texas to where ever for that matter. I bet truck drivers love it. They were all talking about it when I got out of the industry back in 99. I never have tried Sirus though.

Problem of living in a free market economy, no matter where you turn you have advertising shoved down your throat. I hate it, but I don't mind so much when I realise that I can leave my job whenever I like and not have to go to jail for it.
